I live about 25 minutes east of there if that's close enough. Shoot me a PM and I'll see if I can help.

Considering relocating up there for my wifes job. Is there any archery clubs or shooting ranges or Trad only groups up there that you guys are aware of? How is the hunting around this area. Is there alot of public land?
Thanks guys I appreciate the help!

There's a couple indoor ranges, one in Waite Park and one on the South side. I don't go to them cause I can just shoot in my back yard for free. Haven't heard of in trad clubs around here. And as far as public land, if your used to Whitewater down south then you'll be disappointed here. There's a big chunk up by lake millacs and one in sherburne county. A good hour drive either way from St. Cloud.

Robhood,
Check this out. Annual bow building weekend usually at Chad Holm's place (Holm made bows) just south of Brainerd and usually in August. Weekend of "building", and shooting. Camping in his yard.

Very little hunting lands around here. All the land is private. Very tough to get on anywhere, that is why i quit deer hunting in this area. No Trad clubs at this time but i think a person could start one up. Looks like we have a few trad shooters here. I live in St. Joe.
