Went there probably 12 or so years ago. Got drawn for the Sambar hunt. There were several killed the first day of hunting then they disappeared . Some pigs were killed also. Deer were not legel on the Sambar hunt and deer was all i saw. Beautiful place, worth the trip just for the scenery .

I have always wanted to go to St. Vincent Island on a hunting trip. There is a lot of information on-line,
http://www.fws.gov/saintvincent/
. This would be a great hunt for a group of Trad Gangers.

My friend's father hunted there with Fred Bear in the early 1970s.

Me and my buddies look forward to it every year. This past year we spoiled ourselves and rented a beach house for the week. Makes it hard to want to camp on the island again.
