Went there probably 12 or so years ago. Got drawn for the Sambar hunt. There were several killed the first day of hunting then they disappeared . Some pigs were killed also. Deer were not legel on the Sambar hunt and deer was all i saw. Beautiful place, worth the trip just for the scenery .

I have always wanted to go to St. Vincent Island on a hunting trip.  There is a lot of information on-line,  http://www.fws.gov/saintvincent/  .  This would be a great hunt for a group of Trad Gangers.

My friend's father hunted there with Fred Bear in the early 1970s.

I just watched the video Fred made from that hunt.  Kinda neat place.

Me and my buddies look forward to it every year.  This past year we spoiled ourselves and rented a beach house for the week.  Makes it hard to want to camp on the island again.
