Cedar Ridge Leatherworks
« on: April 19, 2013, 01:24:00 AM »
So I started a thread a few weeks ago to say that I had ordered myself a Custom Cruiser side Quiver from Art Vincent.(Cedar Ridge Leatherworks)

My order was placed at possibly the worst time of year due to the trade show season, which turned the usual 4 week wait into a 6 week wait. Mr. Vincent made the wait time very clear at the time of the order, and he was a pleasure to work with.

My new quiver, complete with elk antlers and my initials arrived here on monday of this week……right on time.

IMO, the quiver was awesome looking. The only thing that could have made the quiver any better was if it was a left handed quiver.

After my initial shock I called Art and told him that I loved the quiver, but that he made me a right handed quiver by mistake, and that my buddy might want mine if he could somehow make the initials go away, but that I could not use it.

My guess is that Art stayed awake all night long working on another quiver for me, because thursday morning bright and early the left hand version was here! Art even came up with a plan to cover up the initials on the first quiver.

Mistakes happen, we all make them from time to time. What we do when we are faced with them defines who we are.

I would have referred people to Cedar Ridge Leatherworks because of the quality of the product I received. After seeing how Art handled my situation, I am not only buying the first quiver as a gift to my buddy, I will be sure to show folks our new quivers and give them Art`s web address and telephone #.

Here is a poor quality picture of both quivers side by side…..before the fix that will hide my initiails on the right hand quiver, while adding some extra bling to it.

BTW, I already thanked you for the super fast fix Art, but…….THANK YOU again!   :clapper:

Looks like a nice quiver and sounds like some fantastic customer service.  Whenever I graduate and scratch together a few coins Art will get a nice big order from me.

I've got both an armguard and a knife sheath made by Art. Top notch quality at a very fair price. Highly recommend this TG sponsor.
