need your opinions,,, I have a set of elite arrows 28" 5/16 cedar and 45-46-47# spines with 125gr points and I want to drop the spine deflection  about 5#'s,, should I go to 145's or 160's?
these are being shot from selfbow with what feels like 50# @27 but it has a fat riser with small shelf not really cut in like a ELB so I'm getting a bit of eractic flight right out of the bow when shot VS other grade 2 arrows that can only be bought as 40-45 spine they shoot great but they are lighter than the elites giving me twice the shock.
thanks T

I would try them both. Selfbows can be finicky. My money is on the 160's though from my experience with my shoot off the knuckle bow.

I would go with the 160's also. With the selfbow you should be shooting something a little weaker to start with as they have to bend around the handle.
