Question for 58" PCH shooters
«

Anyone shooting a 58" Widow PCH with a 29" or better draw? I'm just wondering it you get any finger pinch or if they stack at all? I know I should, and probably will test drive one, but just looking for some impressions.

I shoot a 58" PCH with a 29" draw, no finger pinch or stacking at all. Same with my 58" KB. The PCH is my #1 bow. You may want to test drive one anyway. Where in NJ are you?

Several times, at shows and at the Widow works, I have tried out a 60" PCH with my 31" draw, and it was great. I would be fairly certain that a 58" would accommodate a 29" draw pretty easily.

I have a 58" PCH. And draw right at 29. Shoots great. I don't notice any finger pinch.

I'm actually in the middle of Fred Asbell's clinic at Black Widow right now and one of the really awesome things you get to do is try as many of their bows as you want. I'm 6'5" with a 31" draw and had become convinced that I just couldn't shoot anything shorter than 64" or much heavier than 50 lbs. I'm still not pulling any 65 pounders, but I have gone all the way down to 58" at even higher weights than my own 64" and the length didn't make a lick of difference. I couldn't believe it. I see a 58 or 60" in my future. :D

No issues for me at 29". I can shoot a 56", but start to feel the string on my index finger shooting split and not as smooth. I can shot it okay, but I like the 58" best.

Thanks for all the feedback, guys. Good (and bad) to know. I think there's a 58 in my future now too.

I know it is not what you asked. I am shooting a pchx and kbx with 28" draw. I get no finger pinch, but I prefer my kbx for smoothness and quiteness.
