What size glue in adapter{sp}do you need to use with the 125gr woodsman?I am shooting 1916 arrows. The 5/16 seems to go in to far, which allows part of the arrow to go inside of the ferule.

I shoot a 2018 shaft with an 11/32 adapter.it is actually a tad bigger than the shaft, but have no problems.hope that helps.

I think the 125's are designed for 11/32 shafts. You can buy screw-in Woodsman's through 3Rivers and probably others. I think maybe the 11/32 adapter is going to be pretty big for a 1916, especially if they are big on a 2018.

I just got some 1916 adapters with the taper and insert in one piece from 3 rivers.  The BH does come over the shaft a bit however, that doesn't bother me.  Removal from a target may be a little more difficult.
