Mississippi stump shooting

I've got a question for you Mississippi guys. I recently got into a new lease. I'm heading there tomorrow to put out some game cameras and I was going to carry a bow along and some stumping arrows. Does anyone know if I need to have a hunting license to do so? I haven't bought my Miss. license yet but I also don't want to carry my bow along if it is going to be a problem.

On private land I don't think you would have a problem unless you had broadheads on your arrows.

On private not an issue, carry mine all the time to stump shoot. On WMA’s need to have a license, WMA permit and something in season that is legal for the bow, Bullfrog are in now

If legal, I'd carry at least a broadhead arrow. Never know when you might see a hog.
