Myself and my family are very grateful to you and we owe our freedoms to your sacrifice. It's great news to hear you have found an approach that works for you for coping. I served during somewhat peaceful times in the early 90s so I can only imagine what you have been through.

My father still has occasional flash backs and other issues pop up even after all these years since he was a green beret in Vietnam. Between him and some good friends with the same issues, I know the VA has a lot of good programs out there. Taking the first step for help seems to be the toughest for everyone. Glad to hear you are taking those steps. Thank you for your service and God bless.

You have my gratitude for a job well done. I know you have done that job, because I still enjoy more freedoms than any other citizen of any country in the world. Try and put the ugly parts of the past behind you and think positive, substance abuse is the root of all evil, so stay away from drugs and alchohol, its never you're friend, and definitely never a solution. If you are ever in Kentucky between September and January, look me up, i'll put you on some whitetails, my treat !
