Go back and open one of the auction forums and read the thread "How the auction works"  It tells how bidders can make payment.

No one will contact you, you just send payment in yourself.  Go to one of the "How it works" threads and it will tell you what to do.  When your payment is received the mods will post that and the donor will ship your item.  it is up to the donor and winner to coordinate shipping.

Paying for your treasures -

Please note If payment is not received within a couple weeks, unless ya got a pretty good excuse the next highest bidder will have the option of paying for the item. I don't want to hurt the Kid's total $ but stringing the payments out over a month or two really disrupts things.

There's a couple ways to settle up after the auction and I'd really appreciate being done within a couple weeks. Please include you real name, TG handle, LINK TO THREAD(S)and all Auction info with correspondence.

You can pay with check or M/O written to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, (please do not write them to me or Trad Gang) and mailed to

Walt Francis

Bozeman, MT 59718

Or you can pay via Paypal.com Click on the link and log in or register then click on "Send Money" enter [email protected] in the "pay to" space, be sure to reference "Trad Gang St Jude Auction" then just follow the instructions. When making you payment you can choose goods, services under purchase and under personal if you select gift you don't have to pay the 3%.

Please give us all the info from your particular auction, reference Trad Gang ST Jude Auction, item, donor, both your name and TG handle . With a few hundred items it gets real confusing for this ol country boy.

Then I am guessing you notify the donors it is okay to ship and the shipping address?  Or we will need to keep checking the listing and then contact winner ourselves upon payment update on same listing?

Please remember to WAIT till Doug or Walt posts on your item thread 'PAID' before you ship to the winner.

It might take up to two or three weeks as some folks that win might be out of town, and then a week for the check to get there, and another few days before Walt or Doug get a chance to post paid on your listing.

This is the fairest way to make sure the Auction stays clean.

Brock, you will need to contact the winner for their address. The moderators don't do that.

Not that this has to be done but I've been contacting the winners of my donated items to congratulate them, thank them and get their info so I can prepare it for shipping.  Just kind of opens up the communication and dialog.  So far so good.

I contacted one today that was marked WINNER and PAID so his will be going out tomorrow.  Contact another that the auction closes tonight telling him good luck and that I will also ship out as soon as he is updated as PAID too.  Same for third person for my donations.

I think it is worth it to thank them for their bids....I am sorry now I did not bid more as I lost everything at the last minute. LOL  And here I was wondering how I was going to keep up with all the stuff I wanted...haha

Always next year.
