Rob,
I suspect it "isn't going" since it takes an $85 license in hand for NR to enter the drawing for 9% odds of drawing. I have about thirty other trips I wanna do so I din't put in for this tag--ofh what conflict.
I believe JuneauLongbow's Delta sheep tag covers that area and I bet he would love a packer, errr, umm I mean a photographer along!
