You might check with Mule Creek Outfitting. They are a sponsor and have javis and hogs. I think they book up fast, so that should tell you something.

I will keep an eye on this post too. Love hunting Javelina and hog. I have not found a good recipe for cooking Javelina though.

I'm no expert on cooking them, but that last one I got I boned out the quarters and was very careful to remove ALL white fat. then put it in a slow cooker for the day, added BBQ sauce, and mmm, mmm good!

Try Brett Bolting 361-947-9424 we hunt there every year and have shot alot of javelina and some hogs . Great hunting and well guided, very nice people, there will be lots of trad hunters including the guides. Its a large ranch and very well set up for hunting nice camp grounds with showers .Maybe we will see you there next year !!...Tim

I hunted near Loerado a couple times. I need to go back down to s.texas for some stink pigs. Man is it fun.
