It depends on alot of factors. If you are shooting a recurve that is cut pretty far past center and you plan on using heavy broadheads, you will likely need alot heavier than 75 pound spine. This is especially true if you have a longer draw length/arrow length. Once you get above 90-95# spine, it becomes pretty hard to come by 11/32 shafts.
