Guys I've been doing a little research on lightening bugs and may have found a way to lure them in at low altitudes.

You need a string of the small white Christmas lights(hte ones that come on and go off by themselves) or some means of get them to turn off and on. Ideally you'd like your lights to be close to the same frequency as the lightening bugs lights.

I did not know there are different species and they flicker at different rates. That's why it's important to try getting your lights sync'ed to the bugs in your neck of the woods..

Have fun, I know I will...lol

God bless,Mudd

PS: My friend Kat suggested catching some in a glass jar and use them for decoys.
