Hammock Seat?
« on: July 21, 2013, 03:24:00 PM »
Anyone out there own one of these seats, and if so, how do you like it?  Looks to be extremely portable and simple.

A friend gave me one to try, I liked it and ordered me one. I have used it for turkey hunting this spring and will likely try it out on whitetails this fall.

Try thehammockseat.com.  Looks like a seat you could stick in your pocket when not in use.  I'm looking for something light and this might fit the bill.  Eric.

I got one 3 years ago, a bud had to have it so now I have my second. Probably the best seat I've owned.

I think between that and Big Jim's seat you'd be set to hunt anywhere there are trees (or some kind of post).  One of each  on my purchase list for this year. You can get both of them for right at 100 bucks. !!

If you haven't ordered it yet, might I suggest supporting one of our Sponsors?

Thanks Wannabe1, the seats are great. I used one during turkey season and loved it. Can't wait till this fall. We do have them in stock and ready to ship!

I have one and love it.  The only problem with mine is that its so comfortable its easy to fall asleep in it!

Thanks Mike.  Definitely worth considering!!  Thought it would be good to have both in case I find a spot that might demand a more solid purchase!

Wannabe....I definitely will patronize a sponsor before any others!   Helps keep the Trad Gang tradition going.

If anyone had an issue with ordering a seat from the website stating the product was out of stock I apologize. This is not the case and I believe was caused by visitors placing the item in their cart but not completing their purchase. I have modified the settings on the site and hope the issue is corrected. Thank your for your patience.

I also own a hammock seat and I love mine also ! Super light weight, no metal clanging noises, and comfortable to boot. I killed a spring turkey out of it with a 12 yard shot with my scattergun and I'm excited to try it on deer this fall with the recurve.

Thanks, Wannabe, I had no idea they were carried by a sponsor, makes it that much better.
