Thanks men!!  As usual- TGers come through again.

So- I stopped at Wallyworld and got a cheap $3 mouse pad. I am now a professional-  sweeeeet.

Craig- If I read you correctly:  1)Crest stripes with Testers. 2) Let dry 24 hrs. 3) Clear coat with Deft Clear Spray paint (Do not get it where the fletching attaches)

Is that accurate??

Thanks again all
Dan

Bears can attack people- although fewer people have been killed by bears than in all WWI and WWII combined.

Yes, perfect and do light coats, not heavy with the clear

Mouse pad and clean the shafts real well beforehand, can't go wrong and never any air bubbles.

Start in the middle of the wrap, then work from the middle up and down, then do the other side same way. Use the slick part of the peal off side of the wrap, or a soft piece of cloth, or napkin to do the work around.

I don't buy wraps anymore, I buy the hobby type paper comes in sheets, and cut my own, of course you are stuck with the main colors, but much cheaper.

KSdan ,  You know to buy them from Onestringer Wraps. Solid colors are very cheap and they send them out quick.

Thanks Craig.  I bought mine from Mike at the Nocking Point.

On a different but related note- I have heard you can buy wraps with the cresting already done.  There seems to be something special about painting my own.

Thanks all-
