I got the minus 33 mid weight a couple years ago and the heavyweight this summer.

Ullfrotte is a great product, worth the price. I would get the 200 for a base layer.... you can wear it all week and it has little smell, not so with polypropylene. I have usually buy a heavier 400 top for colder weather and then just some lightweight/medium pants and top over.... (Cabelas Microtex,etc). I also hunt in Texas so it's not usually too cold. I have not tried the Under Armour but it would take a lot for me to switch from merino wool....good luck.
