If I didn't know any better, I'd say they were for a sight.  Did you buy this second-hand?  Maybe a special request from the original owner.

They look like quiver inserts to me.

They are amo inserts for a sight or quiver or both at the same time. I put them on all my bows.

Not just quikie quiver but most that have a mount that attaches and lets you remove the quiver.  There was also at one time amount that was used to attach a string tracker there.

Does anyone know of any other quiver (traditional looking) other than the Quickee Quiver that attaches using a mount and can be used with these inserts. Thanks, I appreciate everyones help.

I have a quiver marked Bruin that would attach to those inserts. It slides into a dovetail mount and locks securely with a small knob. Mine holds up to seven arrows. If you can't find a pic, let me know and I'll take one of mine. Seems like I remember it being a Delta quiver, but I'm not sure.

Don't forget the AMS fishing reels will use those to mount up to the bow. Plus all the above.

someone here makes kwickey's with leather hoods and they don't look bad,,, if you get the extra mounting blocks that you attach to bows and attach them to the trees where your stands are... when you remove the quiver from your bow you lock it into those,, very versatile system.

if you shoot with the bow on there are better quivers but if you take it off the kwickey isn't bad.....

You might look into a leather top kwickey. I've seen these and they look pretty good. I think there also is a company german Ridge. They make some nice detachable quivers that might be sized for your inserts.

My favorite quiver for amo attachment is the Tight Spot. Very adjustable and light.

Those are for a sight---not a quiver.   I have them on my BW too.

I bought one of the cheapie quivers at yard sale that has the dovetail mount. Allen brand from Wally World I think it was. I found a leather purse at Goodwill (takes a real man to buy a purse at Goodwill in a small town BTW) and made my own cover. It looks pretty good and much more "trad" than the black plastic I started with. I've got 4 dollars in it, and I still have half a purse!

RkyMtn Joe--they are indeed for quivers or sights or both can be mounted together on those inserts.  Lots of us old timers used both "back in the day".    :saywhat:
