check out this site:

       http://www.archeryarchives.com/

hit the search key. apparently your bow was made in 1965,66,67, and 1968. Brace height varied by year if manufacture.

1965: Brace height 7 to 71/2 inches
1966: Brace height 71/2 to 8 inches
1967: Brace height 71/2 to 81/4 inches
1968: Brace height 71/2 to 81/4 inches

The Sovereigns by Year:

 1965
 1966
 1967
 1968

Hope this helps. I have a few Pearsons of my own, and have mentioned them on my website.

Shamus

Thanks for the information, a great help. I am at 8 1/4 now, will work my way down, and see if I can find the sweet spot. Thanks.

Dennis
