Not to be harsh, but you might want to work on your grammer, puncuation and spelling first.  I have no idea what you are saying or asking in your post.

undertand about the punctuation but the term B***H its a new England thing I think,, I used to be a pod and air station B***H, I worked on a tuna boat as a Chum B****H, I was a B***H so many times ha ha..

there's a lot of work that doesn't pay much at first like baiting sites for bear, scouting and moving stands, you almost have to live near there or get a van and stay at campgrounds and work helping with the area... once the clients show I think you'd make some money and get some tips,, I would take as many small cooking classes as I could find, barbeque classes, breakfast classes and get written endorsements from the teachers to show you can cook, then free CPR class, free Compass Class, free hunter safety courses, even height rescue course which teaches you to rescue people in harnesses sometimes unconscious (which they will do after 20 minutes hanging,,,,very small investments here which will help you become a good guide.

honestly why don't you stay in school and get all the credentials to become a game warden or wildlife biologist and then send resumes to whatever state you want to settle..  you'll make money, you'll know ALL the good spots, you'll meet all the guides, I think it can be a really good career better than working under a head guide..

I grew up in New England dreaming of hunting out west. Saved up enough to pay for a guide school, worked my butt off, treated people with respect and kept my mouth shut.

Worked out well.

Research schools well, any good school will have 100% placement of their students. Outfitters will depend on these schools to fill slots, mostly for camp duties, packing, etc.

That being said guiding is not just about hunting. It takes a certain personality to succeed, you are providing a service and to someone you may not like, day and night for up to ten days at a time.

My guiding days are over...........again lol. It's hard work, low paying, but I made a lot of friends and memories.

Good Luck

Almost did this myself but went the school route instead. There are some great guide schools that are in the ballpark of 3-5k for a month to month and a half course. There are even specialty courses that focus on cooking, fishing etc. outside of the regular packing and guiding course. Very hard work for not much money and you don't get to hunt.
There is a place for all God's creatures....right next to the potatoes and gravy.
