Way cool RC! The only bow I have named is my cocobolo widow. All my friends would say man that thing is sweet so based on the color of the wood, I felt like "brown sugar" was fitting ha

A couple of months ago, I got my second Kanati. Since it also has brown glass, #2 seemed a fitting name.
With your cat like stealth and new quiet bow, I can tell you are going to be hard on the critters Robert.

I have only one named bow. I asked the bowyer, Roger Hollenbeck, to write the name "Mean Woman" on my R/D longbow. It's named after an old Black Oak Arkansas song. Since my wife bought the bow for me as a Christmas present, I told her I named it in her honor.  :)

I only have one bow with a name. It is a fine d/r longbow built for me by a very good friend. He took the liberty of naming the bow "Kindred". That meant a lot to me.

I did have Norm put something on the upper limb of my Blacktail. Not a name, just a statement. "Worthy is the Lamb"

I'm bringing this back up because I know there are more stories out there.
I rolled my car going 75 mph on Easter a couple years ago. My Toelke Whip was in the vehicle, and somehow made it out of the wreckage unscathed. I walked away without any visible scars, but figured I needed one to remind me of God's grace. The bow is now named Scar, and is not leaving the family. Ever.
