Shoulder issue
«

Again this year like last, I'm dealin with a shoulder issue. I'm able to shoot my 43# longbow but even it I have to work upto. I've been using a rubber therapy band, even taking it on stand with me and pullinit back every half hour or so.
I've seen the Bowfit Excersize Tool in 3rivers and wondered if anyone uses one.
Would love to be able to hunt with one of my other bows.
Thanks

What is your shoulder issue?
There are different problems and different fixes.

I had an impingement in my shoulder a few years back and couldn't hold a 25#bow . I worked doing full extended butterfly's with very little resistance and slowly built up the resistance . Took about two months but now I can handle as much as my drawing arm can pull .

sounds like a torn rotator. I have a partial tear and was put onto this.... Dunno if it fits you or not.
