They are tough for sure. They don't want to give up the ghost. I shot one on Wed down thru the shoulders and he still went 100 yds. Shot another Thursday thru the shoulders and it was still alive 10 min later when I went to check her. Tough critters for sure.

Nice day afield. Thanks for taking us along. A coyote is an animal I want to kill one day with a longbow. Until then, I will just keep reading your stories and trying to put myself in the right scenario.
