Legends Bows 64" New Leaf
« on: October 29, 2013, 05:33:00 PM »
I just picked up my 64" Legends Bows New Leaf recurve yesterday.

I have never done a review on anything before but this bow prompted me to get on here to do this.

First off, this bow is just beautiful. The level of craftsmanship is just astounding. I got to pick out pretty much everything on this bow, the draw weight, grip, woods and colors used, set up for 3 finger under. When I picked it up for the first time the first thing I noticed was how light it is. The second thing I noticed is how well it fit my hand.

The draw on the bow is the smoothest I have ever felt. I have a production bow that is 5 pounds lighter in draw weight and the Legends bow feels lighter and smoother than that one does.

The arrow really flies off of this bow. I'm don't have a chronograph or anything so I can't share actual speed data.

If any of you have been wanting a custom bow I can't recommend Legends highly enough.

P.S. All I have is a cell phone to take pictures with. Add that to the fact that I SUCK at taking pictures and you have 5 pictures that don't even come close to truly representing this bow.

That would be great Ben. I'm sorry I missed the last meeting out there that you invited me to. I had a major brain fart and it completely slipped my mind.
