bear cheyenne recurve?
« on: October 29, 2013, 08:01:00 PM »
I went windo shopping at a local archery shop. They are always over priced being its a small shop. But I still tend to drop in every once in awhile to check things out.

I noticed a small recurve with dark brown and red limbs... Beautiful bow.

First time I've seen a Cheyenne, curious who all has shot one?

How does it shoot and post pics please!

I saw one at the Bear booth at an archery shoot and I too am curious what people think of them.  I should have shot that one, but for some reason I didn't.

I had one for my first recurve . It shot fast and seemed like a nice bow It was stolen and I have a super Kodiak now. I like it much better

Thanks big

I didn't get to shoot it. (Should have asked too)

But it was a very attractive little booger, short too, which is what I'd like my next bow to be!

They are very nice but underrated since they don't have the history of the rest of their models.

I still have a couple available at discounted prices due to them coming in under weight. 40lbs RH.

I have gotten nothing but good reviews on them.

thanks, bigjim

Are they available in a 30# weight?

I need a bow in that weight between 57" and 50" to fill out my bow rack.

I really wish Bear would setup a Custom shop web interface. (See Crosman's site for an example.)

They are not available at that weight. 45 lbs is as low as they go..but the 40's I have were not intentional.

thanks, bigjim
