Deodorizing A Shooting Glove

I figure my glove has picked up a lot of sweat and odor over the summer. Any suggestions on how to clean and deodorize one. I use Baking Soda on some leather products, but thought there might be a better idea here.

Outrigger, I just spray mine with a good scent killer and keep it hung up in the fall air away from house smells.Once it's aired out a little, I sometimes rub mine with sassafras leaves.

I've wondered this myself.  I have done the leave it outside method and scent killer also.  I also have a cordura style glove by Bearpaw that I can use that's washable.

Tea bags?  Interesting...never heard that before.  Do you wet the tea bag or keep dry?  Thanks!

If they smell your glove they smell you. Just go hunting and don't worry about it. TonyZ.

I occasionally wash my shooting glove in warm water and mild soap. Ring it out and put it on my hand to re-shape it then remove it and let it dry. It will be stiff when dry. I give it a good rub down with Montana Pitch Blend and its ready to go again.

Just dry teabags seem to work in stinky boots.  I use a tab and keep it waxed so it does not smell of me.  Sun works wonders, but thisnis a cheap try for you.  Try two in a ziplock and see.  Let us know

I have a homemade deer skin leather mask I've been using to hunt for decades. It smells like leather same as my glove. A good smell. It reminds me I'm bowhunting. Had a fork 5 yards from me on the ground this week but wind was right so he didn't have a clue.

man if you worry about this....you need to look at all your clothes....just riding in your vehicle to your hunting spot has more affect on your smell than a glove...honestly don't worrry about that...a deer or any other animal with good scentability will smell other parts of you long before a glove...your hair , boots  clothes etc...
 generally if they are downwind ...your busted
