A 4' wide strip of carpet rolled to a 20" diameter makes a cheap target that imitates the torso of a hog or deer. I rolled mine with the carpet side in but it wouldn't matter. A couple wraps of cord holds the roll together.
I ran a rope through the middle then tied up the two ends to suspend it off the ground at the proper height.
It stops an arrow, lasts a very long time, and costs nothing. It was also a great way to use up some of the old 1970's lime green shag carpet we ripped up from our living room!

I have one of those Dink's boar targets. It's really holding up well, even with broadheads.

Try R & W, they make nice targets for a very reasonable price. You can find them on the internet.

I've got a Dinks Feather Shop boar too.
They are tough.

i make mine out of foam, if you want on , i will send you one free, you just pay shipping. Mine has held up for about 100 shots with field points no problem. I can make any size hog you want.
