Bob,
That is a beauty for sure. I suspect I'll see that one as the "main bow" at Wild Things next year. True?

Keith, That grip looks sweet kinda looks like a ACS rc grip if that's the case sign me up I love the RC grip but I like recurves better than longbows. Always wanted a rc riser with recurve limbs that's my dream bow. Wonder if kurt can make it happen? That would look sick with my favorite riser wood bocote. Or I love my bob lee riser but always wanted some finger groves maybe a combination of both.

You wanna drive down from Altoona, I can let you handle this one...

I'm a recurve grip guy myself...but love the performance/looks/quiet of a longbow limb.

Before he had the SS refined, I opted for this Longbow with some special work done by Kirk to fit my shooting style by altering the grip some:

I will have to take you up on that offer but it will have to be after the 1st of the year sometime. I love the bocote. I wish I had a rc riser than I could send it to kirk to copy and make me a recurve version of yours. I always loved the way the finger grooves felt and the palm swell but I want it in a short package with recurve limbs would make a sweet treestand bow. What do u say kirk what's your opinion on my idea thanks brad

I love the way these bows shoot so flat. My Sas is my go to bow. I shoot everything from 20 yd indoor to field. A little hunting in between.
These baby's shoot flat to 50 yards easy. No Bragg but my all time wow shot was 96 yards at the San Francisco Archers field hunter coarse. The arrow hit just left of the bulls eye by 6 inches. I  attribute the bow for that one I'm not that good!

I'm seeing a 64 " flat liner in the future. Maybe next year?

Babs,

Kirk emailed me asking if I can get on TG. He's had trouble with several browsers all day. I sent him your note (copy/paste) so he knows your asking. Hang tight.  You don't have a direct email so he'll have to wait to reply till he can get on Gang.

Denis,

That is pretty awesome, but it doesn't surprise me.

I'm still learning that bow... old age might over take me till I learn all that it can do!

Hey Brad,  With Keith and Dave both i was fortunate enough to get to shoot with them at the Baltimore Classic. I try to make that shoot every year even though i have to fly coast to coast to do it. (Says something about that archery club, eh?)

Anyway, i do a lot of these custom grips just using photographs and pictures of my customers shooting. i also ask for a hand tracing. I do have a custom grip charge, but if i don't nail it dead on for you, i'll do some adjustment to get her right. I've had very few come back to me, but it's not a problem if they do.

So the bottom line is i can certainly match any grip shape you like and put some recurve limbs on it for you.  For more info send me an email bro.... Kirk

Speaking of custom grips and finger grooves... Did you get that worked out Keith? or would you still like those edges knocked off those top finger groves a bit?
