Pants for hunting
« on: December 05, 2013, 10:18:00 AM »
Hey just wondered if anyone owns and hunts in Duluth Trading company fire hose pants.  I seen they have a sale today and thought they could be good with my asbell wool pullover. Thanks!

13 oz. is a pretty heavy canvas/denim.  Will block the wind fairly well, but will also likely be a bit noisy.  A fleece or wool with some type of windblocker liner would be a lot quieter and warmer.

Have been wearing and hunting in them all fall. They are kind of heavy but once on you don't seem to notice the weight. Have both the heavy and the lighter weight ones, like them.  Denny Sturgis Sr
