Boy would it be tough to pass on a calf if I could only hunt one day of the season...heck, even if I had the whole season  :)

I am glad you guys enjoyed it. I am trying better to document my hunts with pictures. It is always fun to go back and look through them.

Thanks for sharing.  I have had a lot of that "wind shifts, game over" in my experiences with elk.  Still, you got to be out there chasing them and that counts.
