Duane Jessop from Thunderhorn made a takedown that you described. I'm not sure if he is still making that takedown since he went to a 3 piece. Someone had it at a tournament in Hawaii and I had a chance to shoot it. It shot great and had a stipple grip. If I remembered correctly it had 2 bolts and it was cut at an extreme angle.
