I asked him to make me a totally feminine bow with a striking piece of black and white ebony and for him to use his artiness and do his thing with the colouring and accents. He's certainly done that & he seems such a nice guy when I've spoken with him.

You will be SO happy when you get them. They are incredibly gorgeous!

Jim is nice to do those pic-alongs. Keeps your nose pressed to the window, eh?

Can't wait. Wonder if I'll need new arrows or adjust some I use in another bow. Jim is making mine 53#@28 I currently shoot a custom made Falco Trophy double carbon 50#@28. The Falco shoots lovely, but I think Jim's will be faster - and ya, my nose is flat from pressing on the glass!

Not many of these in the U.K. at the moment, so hope you don't mind me using up a little bit of space with all these pictures. I know we were hunting the internet and forums for pictures and write ups. Hopefully they will help someone else in their decision. Merry Christmas all and thanks to Jim for taking the time to send us pics of the build over the holidays.

Jim,

If your reading this post, is it my imagination or have you tweaked the self to have a wider lip?  It looks like it to me and wonder was there a reason, better hand protections, looks, etc...

Bowhunter I thought the same thing, especially noticeable on the b/w ebony bow... REALLY like that... Seems Jim is always doing very slight tweaks to an already great design.

Ive had 5 or 6 Centaurs from different timeframes, and while all share the common lineage, I noticed subtle little changes as they progressed.. all for the positive.
