Biggest deer I ever killed was a doe.  She was well over 120# dressed and was at least 6 1/2 years old.  Upon seeing her, my cousin said "Mighty big doe ya got there, uh huh!"

Back when I wore a younger man's cloths I shot a doe that weighed 161 pounds dressed on our hog scales. I had to go get the tractor with the bucket loader on the front to get her to the barn. If I ever see another one like her I'm going to pass because it was just to much darn work. Oh well!!!!!!

Grouse

The biggest I have killed was 119 pounds field dressed and skinned. A guy in our local club killed one 150 pound field dressed.

My biggest doe was from a heavy hunted public land here in Arkansas. That year there was a check station that pulled the jawbone and weighed them for a study. She was 4 1/2, live weight of 147#. Thats a big doe for this area.

I did kill at least one that was older, 6+. She was your average 90-100# doe for around here. I rarely check age on does because I just am happy to fill the freezer. I really only pay attention to a does age if there is something making me wonder. As long as the does are over 1 1/2 its good enough for me.

Nice does.  Looks like 160's  is near the top weight.  I hear of people talk about 200 pound does,  but I don't think they put them on a scale...unless you guys know otherwise.  How about those heavy Canadian deer?  I'd like to see a picture of a "weighed" 200 pound doe.

I didn't kill this one but in the town I hunt one was hit and killed by a car. I had bumped into a buck with my car that night and the officer on call and I looked for him with no luck. But he said he had a big doe near the station that was just hit and the driver didn't want it but I could take it. I did. I got it home, field dressed her in the woods back of the house and brought her to the butcher the next morning. I knew she was big but when we weighed her she topped the scales at 140#! She was living on the edge of the University of NH Agricultural farm and was eating very well. She is also one of the tastiest deer I have ever eaten.

My son shot a buck that was 240 dressed weight, it was hard just to roll it over to feild dress it. He was chasing a very large doe that my son shot a couple of weeks later that went 150 plus, it had that typical flat nose of a very old deer. All of the pics were with film so I cannot download them. But hanging from the same tree branch, the size difference was obvious. I think lots of times the big does look beefier because their body shape is different. We do get the occasional giant in our area, I think the average 4 year old doe is around 130 when they hang them on the scales.

I don't remember what year it was, but about 15-18 years ago I killed a big old doe that was 143# field dressed. This was in Northern MO where it is pretty common for me to see or take does over 100#. 120# is not uncommon.

I shot a doe that was 11 1/2 years old.
Her WT. was 57 pounds. The game warden aged her.
She was in REAL bad shape.
