That as good as any, Filson makes one but pricy, would last for ever. Look at LL Bean and REI.

EMS  is another option. Their gear is also covered by unconditional guarantee.

Problem with the "one bag with everything in it" thought is you need two people to help you carry it.

Been there, done that.

X2  I have one that's 5'x30"x30" not much fun to carry. I usually put it on my tailgate, load it up with smaller organized bags, and shove it in. Works great as a single bag to store a lot in.

I like the large cabelas dry bag duffle. You can fly with it. No problems. You can throw it in the back of an open pick up truck or a boat and your stuff will stay dry.

Check on camofire.com.  They've been showing a huge duffel bag called a 'body bag' that is something like 7000 ci.  It may be listed again there soon.  I don't remember the manufacturer.

Two medium bags are a whole lot easier to carry. I have a very large bag from Cabels's but need a wheelbarrow to transport it.

I bought one of the giant military duffle backs for less then $20 on the big auction.  Used it when flying west to hunt.

I have Filsons biggest pack and it was pricey, but will surely last forever and I don't worry about wearing it out.

Military is the way to go. Cheap and some have backpack straps.
I used one when flying to Quebec on a Caribou hunt.

Hunting partner tuned me into a Cabela's duffel a few years ago. I've got the 36" (Large) brown canvas duffel with yellow Cabela's logo on it. I've had it to Hawaii twice and Alaska twice. It hauls anything that will fit and survives the airlines no problem. I like that it comes with a darned good padded shoulder sling/strap which disconnects quickly. It also has grab handles on each end to make handling easier.
