Bear's Paw, Neil Jacobson?Input?

I've always loved the look of these recurves, but they are one of the few I have never laid my hands on.
Anybody out there own/owned them, and can you give me your thoughts......

TBM had an article/interview with him back in Aug/Sep 2001. I got interested in them back then but never purchased or shot one.

Look like real nice bows.

I have four of Neil's bow's. 3 recurves and a longbow. Just love them and I have shot all the best, the closest to his in performance are Blacktails. Love his  carbon limbs quietest recurve I have ever shot. All around great bows.

I had one custom made and it was very nice / easy to shoot . I had to drop in weight so i traded it for something lighter but it was one of the best recurves ive owned .

Neil is  a great guy and a damn fine bowyer, I have two longbows and a recurve, all are great shooting bows. His customer service is second to none. If you decide to order one from him you won't be disappointed.
Thanks,
Tim

I guess if we run into the bear that is making these tracks, we oughta just get off the trail.......He seems to like it!

I bought a used Bear's Paw recurve from the classifieds here.  This recurve is QUIET and DEAD in the hand.  I was amazed at the forgiveness of this bow.  The bow is 60" with a 17" riser, the Classic.  Smooth on the draw.  Excellent shooting recurve!

Neil is making me a light speed recurve as we speak! He mailed me a bow to test back in the fall.  I am getting the carbon limbs in a 56 inch bow.
