Go to Big Jim's slide show. I believe that there are some on there.

Hi Keith. Here are some of the riser and tip overlays on my Shrew Safari. It was made for HARL, Tom Davidson, and I'm glad he was willing to part with it. It's a really exceptional looking bow. I think the buffalo overlays were a very nice detail. By the way, your new Wild Horse Creek turned out beautiful!
Take Care, Chase

I like that Chase. The Buff dressed her up nice. MBogo is going back home after a successful visit and hunts with me. So I am switching my Tip on order from Sheephorn to Buffalo. I was wondering if there is much difference between Cape and Water Buff...or even Bison.

Keith
Failed to specify, my bow has Cape Buffalo overlays. Let us see that new one when you get it! Settle in for the wait...

Keith,
Cape or water buff will have more caracter unless polished down like the tips on M'Bogo, bison will be smoother. Never seen bison used but suppose it could be. Did you get the email I sent you with the pics?

Horn like springbok will still be black, but give you a lot more detail in a small area than what you will get on the buffalos.
Most all of the black horn used in my bows is of springbok.
