Okay I just got mine out for a look see, there are straps on the inside and they adjust the window opening and also the tension of the top of the blind in relationship to the hubs. Mine is a matrix 360 so I'm just assuming that yours is at least similar. I had a friend that had trouble with his even setting up cause of no tension on the hubs and we messed with the strings and the straps but the strings were a last resort. Try to get someone to help and somehow get the thing setup and put tension on those hubs. I'm sure that is your problem.

The lazy do not roast any game,
but the diligent feed on the riches of the hunt.

there used to be a page on their website with replacement rods and all you had to pay was shipping.  I have gotten rods atleast 4 times.  When I first got my blind it was too tight and I often snapped rods opening and closing the blind.  I then adjusted the straps as others have said.  I know I got new poles last may because january snow collapsed my blind and broke several poles.  I just looked on the primos website and I don't see a section now for the rods butt if you need them I think they will oblige.  I cant see how your rods are too short unless they are broken.  I have done a lot of repairing on  my blind but I still think it is the best.  I have had it since they first came out and I don't think any of the new ones compare.

im still tying to find the replacement rods but have not yet.  I did find a useful video though.  Type double bull primos wall tension in your search engine and the video may solve your problem.

Here is the video on adjusting wall tension and also a trick on how to lengthen the rods.

Yep.  I believe Stone knife and Kevin are right on.  The video shows you how to fix it.

No problem! Like I said, I bought one of the first ones when they first started making them and have had quite a few different models since then.
I got to know Keith Beam pretty good, just from talking to him on the phone. Since he and his partner sold out to Primos, he moved and lives right here in a small town in WI just 15 minutes from me.

My old Double Bull began to get some sag in the material, so this is what I did:

I slipped the rods out of the material pocket, then removed the rubber tip on the rod.  Inserted a couple very small washers in the rubber tips then reinstalled them in the material pockets.  This lengthed the rods just a little, which made the material tighter.  Worked for me and didn't have to mess with the hub system.

You can buy the rods at TSC and cut them to length. Just save the rubber tips for the replacement rods.
