Another Kota Bow - the "Voyaguer"
« on: February 16, 2014, 02:30:00 PM »
I posted last year a thread on my Kota Kill-Um I picked up from Tim Finley at the Coon Rapids shoot last year. I was talking to Tim at the shoot and asked about his TFX take down, he stated he has a new model - the Voyaguer. Needless to say I could not resist! a month later I placed my order for the Voyaguer. I asked him to use the same woods as I have on the Kill-Um and kind of do a "matchy-matchy" thing with the Voyaguer.
The Voyaguer is so quiet, I was debating not using any silencers on the bow. It has speed to boot and shoots the same speed as my Predator which has a few lbs more draw on it.

okay - here you go - Enjoy!

Yes the plus, they bare shaft the same arrow - life just got easier too!

Olive ash veneers, he uses the "blotchy" on the outside and really clean on the inside-natural camo

Love the lines in the riser, I never would have asked for it, his idea-now I know!

Beautiful bows...

I've seen the Kota booth at the Rapids shoot too and was very impressed.  Really nice bows at an attractive price.  He had a one-piece recurve, cocobolo and ebony, that was very difficult to leave on the table.

I did not specifically ask but believe the limbs are a little more narrow. I held a TFX once, it seems like a larger bow.

Very nice.  Luv the lines of the TFX.  Kotas are shooters for sure.
