Fitting Bear Limbs
« on: March 03, 2014, 11:48:00 AM »
I recently traded for a set of limbs and the bottom just don't fit the riser correctly. It takes a lot of effort to get it far enough in the socket to seat the pin and close the latch. No obstructions in the way. Any quick fixes ?

Take the screw /pin out not needed. It was put in so as not to mix up top and bottom limbs.I read that on a post some time before.

The pin you are referring to, is it the locator pin? If so try removing it. I had to remove the pins on my mag. riser to get my newer limbs to seat in it.
