tradgang trade?
« on: March 20, 2014, 07:25:00 AM »
Hello guys I have a favor to ask. I have 3 full turkey skins in my freezer from ones I have shot over the last few years. One is a jake, one is a bearded hen, and the third is a beautiful 21 pound tom. Anyway I came up with an idea. I only shoot right wing feathers but I don't have the tools to properly make fletchings. This is what I am thinking; I send someone all of the wings off of the 3 skins I have. I would like you to split, ground, and cut as many 4" shield cut right wing feathers as you can make out of the skins. In return you can have all of the left wing feathers from all of the skins. I also have a bag of goose feathers that can be done the same way as well. I will pay postage both ways. Is anyone interested in that? Thanks SS.

Magnus here does some trading like that, I believe. He's got a lot going on right now in his life, and I'm not sure of his availability, but it's worth a call or email to inquire. He's an associate sponsor, name is Matt Gundock. Good guy.

Not a bad trade but the enjoyment and reward is doing it yourself and some of the tools you need you can get or make cheaply.

I would consider it but only have a left wing cutter, Sorry.
