Shooting 52@31", recurve with fastflight.

Which is better.....vapor 3000 with 200gr

or  would I need 4000 with that draw length?

I'd go with the 4000 you can always add more up front to tune them out and you'll get the added benefit of increased penetration. I shoot 4000 with 63@29" I tghink the 2 extra inches will approximately equal the 10 extra pounds.
