Hello!
I'm using the Dynamic Spine Calculator and I find it very interesting and usefull. I shoot a Black Widow PSA III 49#@28 and my draw lenght is 29".
So, for the bow I put in the calculator -3/16 for the strike plate position and 1/16 for the strike plate thickness, Fastflight 16 strand for the string material type. Can somebody tell me if is it correct?
For the Easton Full Metal Jacket arrows, using a hit brass insert 50 grains I use 0,714 inches as footage lenght value, if I would use the 75 grains one the lenght would be 1,127 inches. Is it right?
Thank you in advance!
Angelo

When you have selected the PSA, the 3/16" side plate is automatically calculated...no entry required.

A 1/16" strike plate thickness entry is typical, thus the entry is likely fine.

For footing and/or inserts:
The footing entry is set at 0.9"s for std inserts and requires no entry if the insert length does not exceed 0.9".

Ex. Insert measures 1.3"s. Enter delta between actual insert length and 0.9"
1.3 minus .0.9 equals 0.4. The entry would then be 0.4.
