Got to talk to Fred and teresa at the KyTradFest for a good while, both delightfull, easy to tallk to folks. It was a good addition to the other activities at the shoot, and his shooting demonstration and discussion of instinctive shooting techniques was informative and entertaining.Teresa's wool products were a big hit as well, and many attendees were seen sporting her vests, shirts, and jackets by weekends conclusion. Thanks G.Fred and Teresa !

I have his books and video. I really like the way he approaches shooting, and the way he delivers information. I am definitely a better archer because of his teachings.
I had a chance to speak with both him and Teresa at the K-zoo expo 2013. And I agree. Both very good and knowledgable people, and traditional archery is better off because of them.
Teresa's wool is the best!

Spending time with Fred and Teresa is wonderful. Absolutely genuine and honest folks, who care about traditional archery in a very sincere manner.

I met Fred at ETAR and it turns out he knows the guy who sold me my Bighorn bow so we talked about that for a while and he signed my books for me. My two favorite archers are Fred Asbell and Fred Bear.

I truly believe if it wasn't for Fred Asbell, there would be far less people involved in traditional archery, and we may not have come as far as we have. Having been inducted into the Archery Hall of Fame is making a big statement. Besides, he is quite the story teller.
