Hello everybody,
Got these items in last week and just wanted to share them with you all.

First up is a small back quiver and arm guard I got from MAL. Communication was great with Mike and he was very helpful with the whole ordering process. We decided on a matching color pattern for both and once decided I paid through his website. A few days later he emailed me to let me know that the place he gets his leather from had messed up the order and he couldn't follow the color pattern as requested and that he would have to do another order. I told him I wasn't to particular on having the colors exact and that he could use what he had and that I was sure I would like it.

I am glad I told him this because I really love the way it came out. It is very nice and they match each other perfectly. When they came in the mail thought he first thing I noticed was that one corner of the pouch on the quiver was off. A rivet had busted loose in the mail. I told Mike about it and he instantly emailed me his phone number and apologized. Send a few texts back and forth and he was wiling to take it back and fix it or send me out his own tools to fix it myself. Again told him it was not a huge deal and that I could fix it myself if he would just talk me through how to do it. We talked on the phone and he told me all I needed to know as well as what tool I would need. Went to the leather shop, spent a few bucks and got what I needed. Took me 10 minutes to fix and wasn't hard at all.

I got to say I am very impressed with both his craftsman ship and customer service and I will most certainly be ordering more from him in the future and recommending him to all my friends as well. The quiver fits me perfect and doesn't move at all on my back and the arm guard is down right awesome. Easy to put on and I don't even know its there.

Next items are some wooded arrows I purchased from Northwest Archery. I called them up and Suzanne was a real sweetheart on the phone. I told her what bows I had and what I was looking for. She pointed me in the right direction and I ended up ordering 6 basic field point arrows for each of my bows. The turn around time was very fast and the communication was spot on.

These are the first wooden arrows I have shot and they are something else. They fly great and seem to fit both of my bows perfectly. I couldn't be happier with them.

Overall I am very happy with both of my purchases and both vendors. They truly seem to care about their products and making sure that their customers are satisfied. What more could you ask for?
