Turkey tail mount

I made a photo mount from the tail of the bird I took with a longbow last year. It's my favorite animal I ever got because my daughter was in the blind with me and also did a great job with her box call too! I had the tail and legs drieing in a closed in porch off the house. I had some Epoxie Sculpt leftover from changing a bow grip. I covered the flesh part of the tail with it,put the beard in it and a small piece of 1/4 plywood to glue the picture frame to. Got a six pack of frames at the dollar store. Had some Tite bond left over from putting snake skins on and glued the frame to the plywood. Cut the spur sections of the legs of and capped them with Epoxie sculpt and glued them to the frame. The leg and spurs didn't look so hot,so I rubbed a coat of super glue on them, they came out great. I'm happy with how the mount came out. I've got an 8x10 of my daughter with the bird right next to it.

Here's my turkey hunting partner. Great on the box call and practicing with a slate now.
