Found these at a antique mall. 9 Ben Pearson fiberglass arrows with broadheads on them.  They are 40-45 spine. I was looking at them but wondered if the $27 they want is too much for them ? Thanks SS

I bet you have $27 just in the broadheads

That's $3 a piece for the arrows with Bear greenies. Sounds good to me.

Grab the top bow while your at it.

That bow is a 52" York thunderbolt. It had been painted but most of it was removed. What would it be worth ?

mike g

Heck, to some collectors, the box would be worth $27.

if they turn out to be junk, let me know.  I'll send you $28 plus a  couple bucks for shipping.  Just to help you out.

You guys have to give me more information on  the bows! The front one is a York thunderbolt and the other is a Shakespeare I believe. They wanted $95 for the York and $75 for the Shakespeare. I looked them over really well but just want overly impressed to be honest. Are they valuable bows? Thanks SS

Bud B.

If in good shape those prices seem fair. From what I can see of the first bow the wood looks great and the finish does too. Check for major splits/cracks. Vertical splits aren't so bad as long as they are hairline type. Horizontal cracks and major dings in the glass can mean it's not shootable. Limb tips need to be good. Sights or sight holes can sometimes detract from the value.

I'd buy'em if I thought they were shootable. If you didn't want them, you could fleabay them or post in the classifieds here with good description and pics and get your money back.

You give $27.00 for the arrows and I'll give you $27.00 for the broadheads!
