Good thread, congrats guys! I've only shot fish so far, but I'm hunting with a 70's Super Grizzly until I kill a deer with it.

This buck was taken by my late friend John Polyniak.  Tomorrow, June 21 makes one year since he passed away.
Great man, friend and brother!
And a Vintage bear bow extraordinaire!
He used his 1960 Kodiak on this hunt.

Yes, to John!  It looks like he lived a full life and it's obvious his legacy is still being carried on.

1972 Grizzly with a Bear weather rest.  

     

And just in case you're wondering why that squirrel looks so good in that photo.  Those old bows can be fairly accurate LOL.  The squirrel never felt a thing.  160gr STOS with 50gr insert.
