Silvertip 48@28 shooting off shelf. B50 string draw length is 28" 3/16 past center.

400 or 500 either will work depending upon point weight

For me it would be a 500 with a 50 grain insert and a 200 grain head.

if a 400 is too stiff for me with a 58#@28"  border recurve with 350gr up front then it will be too stiff for you.
