I have a Whip bow
36# at 29"
I have 2 arrow
first Carbon express heritage 75
second Easton X7 1914

all numbers are very close on both arrows except the FOC
the heritage is 12.9
the Easton is 10
wich would you choose for 3D

after testing the spine on both I noticed the Easton very consistent compared to the heritage

2bird

I would choose the one that gives you the flattest trajectory. 3D is a game of yardage estimation, the flatter your trajectory is the less critical your yardage estimations has to be. Arrow weight and foc doesn't mean much if your just shooting targets.

I had a setup that gives me only 4" of difference in trajectory from 10-30 yards, basically I can use the same gap for 90% of the shots on a 3D shoot and keep it in the 10 ring, that's what you want for 3D.

Just don't do below your bowyers recommended grains per pound (some it's 5gpp most it's 8gpp) as you could damage your bow.
Vegetarians are cool, I eat them with every meal!
