new glove

I just bought a new glove from my local archery shop. This is the second glove I have owned as I am pretty new to the trad archery. The first glove I bought was a cheapy and really didn't offer a lot of protection. The glove I just purchased is made by "Neet" in the USA. It seems to be a good glove, but its loud... if that makes sense. Also its really stiff and a bit snug.
 Does a "good" glove have to be worked in? Will it quiet down, and loosen up I time. I assume its a good glove being made in the USA, and the price I paid.

Not sure about the loud comment, but any new glove will take a little breaking in. There are several things you can do to speed up the process.

I usually clean the glove very well with saddle soap... shooting the bow right after this helps.

Once dry I'll usually give it a good coat of mink oil type dressing. Wiping it on pretty heavy then using a blow dryer to melt it into the leather.
I repeat this process every couple of months... more often in summer when I'm sweating a lot.

The other tried and true method is to put on and spend a day bowfishing.

I've tried a lot of gloves [I use a tab now], but the PDQ glove made by Neet and sold by Black Widow is a good glove. Not too thick and not too thin.
I rubbed mine down with saddle soap.
