Nothing this morning for any of us. Shawn is sitting the plane crash, which I've already laid claim to for next year lol. I'm on a new bait that hasn't been sat yet. Three bears were taken on the three closest sites to here (at least each a mile away)

Fingers crossed !!!!!

Well the week has come to an end. It was a ton of fun. I was one of the unlucky ones this year and only saw one bear run off the bait when I walked in. For the camp we went 9 for 17 which I think  is pretty darn good.
Tony, Lynn and all the others worked their butts off for us. Thank you guys very much.

Congrats to Kent, and hopefully all enjoyed their time in the North Maine woods.
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

Sitting in Newark airport.  First two flights back were with Shaw, Good guy and hope to hunt with him again.

This hunt proves what most of us feel.  It's not about the kill. I'm not gonna lie, when others are seeing and shooting someing you've never gotten you have desire to be successful. But when it's all over and you look at the experience it was worth everything. Some don't understand but we do.

Here's to next time !!!!!

Ps Sean I got plane crash !!!!!!
